The Operating Sprint
We fix the three most expensive decisions in your company, in the room, with your team.
What you get
- Everything in the audit
- Weekly working sessions with your leadership team
- New decision rights, written down
- A meeting rhythm that decides things
- A check-in at 90 days
How it runs
We start with the audit. Then, every week for eight weeks, we take one tangle and untie it with the people who live in it: who owns it, what they need to decide, by when, and where it is written. By week ten your team runs the rhythm without me.
Who it is for
Teams that know what the problem is and have tried to fix it twice already.
Questions
Working together.
Do you work with companies outside Europe?
Yes. About a third of my clients are in North America. Interviews and sessions are by video; I travel for the first and last day of a sprint.
Why do you publish your prices?
Because you would ask anyway, and a price on the page saves us both a call. Sprints vary with the size of the team, which is why they start ‘from’.
What if the audit finds nothing?
It has not happened yet. If it does, you get a written report saying so, and I refund half the fee.
Will you run operations for us?
No. I help you decide who should, and write the role with you. Then I step back.
Who will I work with?
Me. There is no team behind me and no junior consultant doing the interviews.
