The Decision Audit
I interview your leadership team and map who decides what, and where it sticks.
What you get
- 8 to 12 interviews with your leaders
- A one-page decision map
- A written diagnosis, read aloud together
- The three decisions to fix first
How it runs
Week one is interviews: forty-five minutes each, by video or in person, with everyone who signs off on money, people or customers. Week two I write. On the last Friday we sit together for two hours and read the diagnosis aloud, line by line, until you either agree with it or tell me where I am wrong.
Who it is for
Founders of companies between 50 and 300 people who feel that everything still runs through them, and leadership teams who leave meetings unsure what was agreed.
Questions
Working together.
Do you work with companies outside Europe?
Yes. About a third of my clients are in North America. Interviews and sessions are by video; I travel for the first and last day of a sprint.
Why do you publish your prices?
Because you would ask anyway, and a price on the page saves us both a call. Sprints vary with the size of the team, which is why they start ‘from’.
What if the audit finds nothing?
It has not happened yet. If it does, you get a written report saying so, and I refund half the fee.
Will you run operations for us?
No. I help you decide who should, and write the role with you. Then I step back.
Who will I work with?
Me. There is no team behind me and no junior consultant doing the interviews.
